Bahan:
250 gr tepung beras putih
100 ml air biasa
300 ml air mendidih
100 Ml air daun pandan suji

Saus:
250 gr gula jawa
400 ml santan
3 sdm gula pasir
1 lbr daun pandan

Cara membuatnya:
- taruh tepung dalam loyang beralas serbet, perciki air 100 ml hingga tepung lembab, kukus sampai tepung terasa panas.
- Sementara itu tuangi air mendidih dengan air pandan suji, biarkan mendidih sekali lagi.
- Angkat tepung dari kukusan, taruh dalam wadah, tuangi campuran air mendidih, aduk rata. Biarkan adonan liat, diamkan hingga hangat kuku.
- Masukkan adonan dalam cetakan putu mayang, tekan hingga keluar bentuk seperti mie diatas selembar daun. Buat bulatan-bulatan.
- Kukus selama 10 s/d 15 menit. Angkat.
- Tips: saat mengukus, sekali-sekali buka tutup dandang agar putu mayang tidak terlalu lembek.
- SAUS SANTAN: masak semua bahan hingga mendidih dan gula larut, saring.

Bahan:
300 gr tepung beras
2 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt garam
100 gr tepung kanji
550 ml santan dari 1 btr kelapa
daun pisang utk alasnya

Saus:
200 gr gula jawa, disisir halus
25 gr gula pasir
500 ml santan dari 1 btr kelapa
1 lbr daun pandan
1/4 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Masak tepung beras, gula, garam & santan. Sambil di aduk hingga menggumpal.
2. Tambahkan tepung kanji sambil diuleni
3. Masukkan adonan ke dalam cetakan kue putu mayang. Tekan sambil di tampung di daun pisang yg diolesi minyak goreng
4. Kukus selama 15 menit
5. Sajikan dengan saus

Untuk saus:
Semua bahan saus di masak sampai mendidih. Angkat saring.
